Given first shot at new talent, we could make some new powerhouse sologirl sites. But once the girl is shot as content by multiple companies, her value as a sologirl drops drastically.

he's looking for exclusive girls - no agent is going to give up a top prospect unless there's a huge finders fee for him - then there's the matter of the girl herself who is out in LA because she's been told she's going to make $25,000 a month. she's not going to go do an exclusive website contract unless it's large money.

What do you think happens when one of the girls they represent gets signed as an exculsive contract star by Vivid, Wicked, Adma & Eve etc...These agencies are used to working out deals to get one of their models signed as a contract star. They use it to their advantage when looking for new models, look what Foxxx Models did when Bree Olson went with Adam & Eve.

I think the answer is definitely in hiring a dedicated Lightspeed casting agent... or hell, start a talent booking company so that you have an influx of chicks which gives you the first pick of the litter.

Either way it goes you only have to hire one guy. What's another $60k a year salary to Steve Lightspeed? Absolutely nothing.

These girls aren't close to being shot out after being in the business for a few months. A brand new model, take Chloe Channel with LA Direct, is in such high demand she has to ask for a day off weeks in advance.

When Bree Olson signed with Adam & Eve they used it to their advantage by posting it everywhere. They did this so that new girls would want to sign with them since they advertised that they helped her find and sign the Adam & Eve contract.

I cant speak for Steve on this but I would imagine that he is looking for models that have little to no interest in becoming the next big thing in porn valley. There is a huge difference between showing your "cooter" on a LS site and double anal for "up my ass #5".

From my understanding, there are a lot of untapped model hopefuls where I live (Dallas area, TX)

We've got beautiful girls down here, I know a lot of people and places to look, and being a Texan by birth and a chick would probably help a lot in recruitment.
