sorry but it's not that easy. i just lost a little star after doing everything possible including loaning her money as a gesture of good faith, giving her a big % of a site, plus up front modeling fees - and now she's out in LA with some loser photog who will put up a site with her knowing next to nothing and she'll make just that - next to nothing.

I think the answer is definitely in hiring a dedicated Lightspeed casting agent... or hell, start a talent booking company so that you have an influx of chicks which gives you the first pick of the litter.

Either way it goes you only have to hire one guy. What's another $60k a year salary to Steve Lightspeed? Absolutely nothing.

These girls aren't close to being shot out after being in the business for a few months. A brand new model, take Chloe Channel with LA Direct, is in such high demand she has to ask for a day off weeks in advance.

I cant speak for Steve on this but I would imagine that he is looking for models that have little to no interest in becoming the next big thing in porn valley. There is a huge difference between showing your "cooter" on a LS site and double anal for "up my ass #5".

From my understanding, there are a lot of untapped model hopefuls where I live (Dallas area, TX)

We've got beautiful girls down here, I know a lot of people and places to look, and being a Texan by birth and a chick would probably help a lot in recruitment.

It's probably a long shot, but I've always thought of Lightspeed as one of the "good guys" and I'd love to get in on things on some level. Well known industry references available and I lead a strictly "no drama" lifestyle and can work well with all types of people.
