Which talent agencies can provide BRAND NEW models between 18 and 22 years old?

Given first shot at new talent, we could make some new powerhouse sologirl sites. But once the girl is shot as content by multiple companies, her value as a sologirl drops drastically.

Are there any recruiters/agencies that want to work out a deal with us for brand new unseen talent?
