Given first shot at new talent, we could make some new powerhouse sologirl sites. But once the girl is shot as content by multiple companies, her value as a sologirl drops drastically.

sorry but it's not that easy. i just lost a little star after doing everything possible including loaning her money as a gesture of good faith, giving her a big % of a site, plus up front modeling fees - and now she's out in LA with some loser photog who will put up a site with her knowing next to nothing and she'll make just that - next to nothing.

I think the answer is definitely in hiring a dedicated Lightspeed casting agent... or hell, start a talent booking company so that you have an influx of chicks which gives you the first pick of the litter.

Either way it goes you only have to hire one guy. What's another $60k a year salary to Steve Lightspeed? Absolutely nothing.

These girls aren't close to being shot out after being in the business for a few months. A brand new model, take Chloe Channel with LA Direct, is in such high demand she has to ask for a day off weeks in advance.

When Bree Olson signed with Adam & Eve they used it to their advantage by posting it everywhere. They did this so that new girls would want to sign with them since they advertised that they helped her find and sign the Adam & Eve contract.

I cant speak for Steve on this but I would imagine that he is looking for models that have little to no interest in becoming the next big thing in porn valley. There is a huge difference between showing your "cooter" on a LS site and double anal for "up my ass #5".

why dont you try a casting on onemodel place, used to work great for me.. many there are just trying out modeling. or you can take it a step further and email many of the models who fit your bill but who only do artistic nude, if you offer up the right deal, often they will come around...
