I did and I'm still waiting for they reply. Like I said they can post the results here so it's clear for everyone what went on. Maybe the info would help more than just me

catalin - because the information is not given to them when the sponsor receives the info (they weren't telling you a lie). The billing companies don't want the 'affiliate' to know 'how they got caught'.

Step away from being 'the' affiliate right now and become the sponsor or the biller....see WHY the steps have to be that way.

If you emailed corvette, I'm sure he'll handle it with you. There's no need to post the info here.

Won't do that because things will not be solved if I do that. If some things are wrong the NEED to be corrected, we don't have to think all the same way and pretend everything is ok from 1 prospective

I have been accused wrongfully, if one of ccbills method of catching the wrong doers isn't correct I believe all should know about it, otherwise they WILL CONTINUE to close webmaster accounts with no further explanaitions, CUTTING THEIR AND THE SPONSORS REVENUES just like that

When a company is doing their due diligence, they don't need to come defend themselves. They do what they have to do to protect their business, their relationships with their billers & processing companies and the law.

My objective was to explain that to you & to allow others that may find themselves in the same situation, how it works. If it doesn't get through to you, it may get through to the next guy - they'll be better prepared to get to the bottom of it - rather than trying to defame them with a claim that they shut you down to cut costs.

I can most certainly defend a company that I know & trust.

Well, you are looking at it from 1 perspective. What I asked you to do, is look at it from 3 perspectives. If you still felt that you are correct, you should have gotten in touch with someone from CCBill - but I sent him over here to settle this for you. Remind me to mind my own business next time. Oh - and you DID hit me up on ICQ yesterday - so I figured it was for this thread, was I incorrect?

only in case you work for TopBucks, because I only contacted someone from them. Or if you worked for them and I still have you on my icq, otherwise I didn't

And again I SHOUDN'T HAVE GOTTENT IN CONTACT with someone from ccbill. I have no business with ccbill. TopBucks could have worked with XXProcessingXX company, I don't care, it's their problem. I signed up with TopBucks it's them who I hold responsible and it's their problem to help me solve this problem

What if ccbill sends me to talk to their programmers, banks, hosting companies because they don't have all the details but someone else does. And from them to other persons and so on..

Dude, my TopBucks account has been close, right. I go to TopBucks and ask for more details right ? Is that right ??????????? If your car breaks and you have warranty for it don't you go to the ones that gave you the warranty ?? If they have a problem with the car manufacturer it's their thing and not yours. You don't go and speak with someone from Dodge or whatever

And to clarify one thing, you speak as a former employee of TopBucks right ?

Then I should get someone I know to help me here as well, so we'd be equal in numbers..

Again - as a former employee and as a random person on the board - I'm replying to you the general operations. The reason I defend 'their name' is because you put that on the title of the thread in which you are insulting them and defaming them. Period.

I do not speak on behalf of the company - just telling you the general idea of how things work with fraud - just as Rochard (from CherryPimps), D (from HushMoney), ajrocks (from LoadedCash) all came in to tell you how it operates - PR_Tom (from Pimproll) agreed that it's sound advice. Either way - it goes to show that more than one company operates this way.

I don't know which part you are failing to understand but hey, if it's making you feel like a martyr of 'good' then all the better for you.

The President of Topbucks came in to reply to you as to how it went down but you either missed that or you didn't understand it.

I'm not accusing/judging or condemning you of the fraud - I'm simply telling you how the M.O. is when transactions get flagged - why info is not given - why your thread is false & correcting your statements.

I do not work for them and I do not speak for them - I'm simply here because you definitely are missing the point and while you are free to say whatever the hell you want, I'm sure as hell allowed to correct your statements.

Thanks

I don't believe that, but if it's true: Get rid of CCBILL and protect your webmasters if you want to stay in the game and continue to make money from your webmasters!!

And this after a few weeks ago TopBucks legal department threaten me to remove their videos from my website because they were the legal owners of the material. I WAS ONLY USING the short clips in the affiliates are to PROMOTE your websites, morons!!

Just wanted to let everyone know TopBucks is going down

After talking to them, they said IT WAS OK, but just have a new employee that messed things up. What's wrong with you ? At that time they didn't even had an idea I was an affiliate of theirs

And the clips where from the affiliates area. Are the clips there just to tease webmasters ?

Because that is abusive

And because I have nothing to do with it. AFF and many others have a chargeback column. That's not perfect either, but they don't close your account because some of your users try to steal or because "they have detected some flagged transactions on your account"

Just want to clarify - Credits & Chargebacks are significantly different than Fraudulent Transactions.

Credits & Chargebacks - if you have too many, they may ask you to go on the Revshare program or change your way of marketing cuz obviously, the surfers aren't getting what they initially thought they were being sold.

Fraudulent Transactions - can be a variety of things - most of them are against the billers TOS & may be considered illegal.

The point is, they don't cause the same effect from the biller or the sponsor.

Also - when comparing sponsors - remember that as a PPS program, they take factor in a normal set of credits & chargebacks - which is why they don't charge those back to you (only on revshare). Fraud however, is a whole different ballgame which I've mentioned above.

Yes I did, but that is not making TopBucks look less stupid, BECAUSE

In the email they have sent me they threatened to sue me if I don't remove the videos because I didn't have the rights to publish them. Now does TopBucks have one reason in mind and tell webmasters something else, like in this particular case ?

And is it bright of TopBucks to allow the use of 4 15secs clips on one page but it doesn't let the same 4 clips be joined into 1 and be published ? Is that because the luck of creativity or what is it ?? The rule is pretty strange if you ask me

just open a new account under your wife's or GF name.
just make sure you sign up under a new IP address
if it was a mistake the new account would reflect good earning and you will be able to stay in business using TB.
if you are a scam artist that account will be shot down as well.

topbucks had the same thing happen 3-4 years ago and "cleaned house" due to webmaster fraudulent activity and it was a big thing and I think siccash was also involved , it was on a mass scale but the variables are so much who can say , you just send the traffic what goes on afterwards is anyone's ballgame , you just hope you choose sponsors carefully or luckily , you don't know if they convert and keep members or if they took blocks of webmasters and said adios to comply with cc sponsors
