I signed up with TopBucks it's them who I hold responsible and it's their problem to help me solve this problem
What if ccbill sends me to talk to their programmers, banks, hosting companies because they don't have all the details but someone else does. And from them to other persons and so on..
Dude, my TopBucks account has been close, right. I go to TopBucks and ask for more details right ? Is that right ??????????? If your car breaks and you have warranty for it don't you go to the ones that gave you the warranty ?? If they have a problem with the car manufacturer it's their thing and not yours. You don't go and speak with someone from Dodge or whatever
