Face it, you MUST have some grudge against me, its creepy that you even have some opinion of me. I barely remember even who you are, but its clear you have some thing for me... I dont know you, what youve done, or even if you are in this industry. It creeps me out when I see "supposed grown men" discuss me as if you know me or something, you describe me as if you know me, but you are so off base its somewhat stalker-like. |

this country is headed for a brick wall at 120 mph. pretty pathetic country we live in. |
I'm certainly not a fan of cops on power trips as many are, but I have also worked in securty in the past, for many years in fact. It's one thing when a guy is ranting and yelling in protest while you walk him out, it's quite another when he is resisting and trying to physically assault you while you attempt to do your job. Force will almost always be used in the latter, and lord knows I've wrestled my share of idiots to the floor and pinned them forcibly until they quit fighting.
I've never taesered anyone, but have used force to subdue the problem. The guy in this video did seem to be wildly resisting what looks to be a simple removal from the premises and not an arrest. Overzealous on the force or not, if you choose to get physical and go out of control resisting, you get what you get. He brought it on himself. Do I like that it had to come to that? Not at all. There was certainly a better way to ask his questions in a more calm and respectful manner instead of coming from the tone of being a mouthy ranting lunatic. He got his 30 seconds of free speech, the venue then exercised it's right to remove him. |
"only in America"
In the past 10 years I've seen news videos of actual beheadings in several countries OTHER than America. Chechnia, the middle east, southeast Asia, China etc. I'll take the taeser anytime over that. |
The Only in America quote I use in tons of threads I post in......even when the
thread is about samoa.......it's called humor and it works every time :winkwink: |
I loved seeing that whiney little liberal bitch get zapped. "no dude, don't taser me!"
|
the really sad thing is, that you ( Any of you talking shit about the cops and how they dealt with the situation ) are sad. You talk shit yet you were not there. You talk shit, yet you DONT know the rules that the cops follow for the use of a tazer, you talk shit, yet you HAVE NEVER been in the cops shoes.
You get pissy when someone says that C P and Adult Porn are the same, yet you sit there calling foul and all sorts of BULLSHIT, when you have NO IDEA what happened. You all talk shit about how the media lies and things are skewed to look a way that they are not, yet you see a partial clip in YouTube and now you all know what happened??? Fuck off you fucking idiots. You have NO CLUE, and you dont care to find out before you bitch. |
I respect others opinions, but this one was all over with, and THEN they tasered him. If thats acceptable practice, then thats an even bigger problem. Escorting him, grabbing him, removing him I'm all for it. Tasering a subdued subject, not. Thats torture.
Watch one of the other tapes of it. The big white cop smiles after the guy gets tasered. fun fun fun in the sun. |

And what does the police training require in the same situation in a state without tasers?
Oh and by the way, I found another clip and I was wrong when I said the one cop smiles. He looks up and has a funny smiley kind of face, then he yells at someone to back up. On the clip I saw on tv they chopped that off and made it look like he was smiling. |

He was not tazed for asking a question, he was tazed for resisting arrest. |

when someone is already handcuffed...do you still need to taser them? i mean let us morons know...we need and value your opinion |

I cant tell where he was told he was being placed under arrest, so can only assume it was just before he starts yelling about being arrested.
Anyway, 2 of the officers are now on paid administrative leave pending a formal investigation. The man was released and not charged with any crimes. The president of the university expressed regret over the incident because the university encourages civil discourse, and it was not allowed to take place in this case. I think we can tell how he feels from that comment. |

I dunno, but it's probably a mixture of being dumb and also training procedures. Seen all that shit already and it's part of the course to "drown" any area with cops when there is an incident - in an effort to surpress. "Group think" then sets in and balance and sanity can go out of the window unless there is a senior officer present to control em. You ever seen a display like that from cops (hard to call em real cops - it's just campus security) reacting to a conference questioner in any other western country? Friggin joke :disgust |
He screamed like a little bitch. Still pretty f'd up that he got in there without being searched. I feel the police were a bit excessive once he was taken down.

thats typical american politcal bullshit

this is fucking AMERICA, if you can't express your opinion w/o being silenced then wtf !?!??!?!
kerry should be ashamed he should have spoken up and told those assholes to chill out...and if kerry didnt want to be asked controversial questions, he should have kept his bitch-ass at home and not had a public quesion/answer session!!! shit like this is fucking disgusting, somebody should have shot every one of those cops in the head - THATS the principles of freedom this nation was founded on the direction our country has taken since 9/11 is fucking sickening |

how did he bring it on himself?? are we not supposed to question men that aspire to the highest position of power in the country (and maybe even world) ??? that kid wasnt "resisting", resisting would have been punching some fucking cops in the face...if you call that kid trying to pull his arm out from being subdued then thats crazy..those assholes had no reason to forcefully manhandle him like that, are we living in fucking north korea now?? :disgust |

When I first saw it I was just as fucking pissed as you are! I thought it was fucking bullshit, more shit from our already fucked up goverment. I started looking things up, and by chance went on Facebook to see what was on there, and saw a Support Andrew group. I joined it, and then read what I posted in this thread. http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showpo...1&postcount=15 There's always another side to the story. :( |
This is why i fucking hate cops, i fucking cannot stand stupid pigs, they all abuse their powers.
hopefully this guy sued the pants off of them. some of you pussies need to stand up for your rights. |

no one and i mean no one comes up and touches me for no good reason. i dont care if you are just trying to do your job, you come up and touch me (assault) i will be the one to escalate it. |

you are the one who is childish, you are also a fat idiot you make me sick. |
The guy fucked up.
They tried to walk him out and he resisted and actually moved toward the stage. Then they try to carry him out and he screams more and tries to make a public spectacle of the cops doing their jobs. He's still resisting so they get him on the ground. Again he still thinks he's in control by trying to dictate how they are going to handcuff him, telling them to let him stand first. Once they get one handcuff on he resists again with the other hand and they had to bring the taszer out. |
Quote:
What a fucking joke. You talk shot now, but when faced with the same situation, you would do like most. NOTHING. Or what little he did. |
Fucked Up.
I don't care how disruptive he was prior to the incident... the catalyst in taking him down appears to have been asking his question... because before he did, he was free to wonder about. And that's fucked up. :2 cents: |
Quote:
i have been assaulted by cops before, it is not talk, i do not trust them at all. if someone assaulted me i would not call the cops, if someone robbed from me i would not call the cops, they simply cannot be trusted. you people are idiots who are saying it is in anyway ok, this was a public forum and just because people do not like what he has to say does not mean they have the right to cut him off. it is not like he came in there spouting swears, it seemed he actually planned and was prepared for it. open your brain you are the type to give up your freedoms just because people in authority tell you it is the right thing to do. you idiots are the reason freedom of speech is going down the toilet and then when you have no rights left you start to wonder what happened. |

I dont care how big you are, or think you are. That kid was big, and did you see the black cop pick him up and start walking out with him. Better think twice before you mess with some one. And just because you are big dont mean shit. While I agree that many Americans have given up freedoms, he was asked by someone from the event, and he puched them away and said no. the told the first arriving officer no, he would not leave. When he said no, he was resisting a lawful command by an officer. Keep in mind that the officers are agents of the event organisers. they asked him to leave and he refused, then the cops stepped in, ONLY to enforce the will of the organisers. |

you have rights and i will do whatever it takes to stand up for them. i do not see anything that this kid was doing wrong, this is supposed to be america, different views are what made this country what it is today. i simply cannot believe people are saying he was somehow in the wrong. well i dont agree with his points it is obvious he at least did research and came prepared. like i said it would have been much different if he came in and just started to curse. again he obviously was prepared and just because people dont like what he has to say does not mean they have the right to shut him down. i dont care how many cops told him to stop, im glad he stood up for his rights. some of you people need to move to a communist country because you are the types that are sending the freedoms for the rest of us down the drain. there is no blurry lines of what happened here, this is total black and white. they dont even taze some robbery suspects. have u ever been tazed? let me tell you it is not fun. |
You see how fat and out of shape those Cops/security gaurds ?
To use a teaser on that guy was WAY WRONG...how many of those fat fucks does it take to remove one person...come on |
Quote:

IMHO it was use of exsive force. Better to have punch him or put him in a submission hold then to Teaser him..or stun gun shit...

Have you read some of the statments about how he as chased into the area, avoided the search area and then pushed someone else out of the way to get to the microphone??? Now if he had done that to you, what would you have done. Would you have wanted the cops to remove his ass, so that you could exercise your right to speak?? Does his right to speak over rule yours?? On top of that he was not there JUST to ask questions, he said him self that he would educate the other people, and then ask his questions. The forum was for his QUESTIONS, not his opinions. |
i read the first post and saw thew video and i could already dream what baddogs view on this was... i was right LOL
|
wow watch this one
https://youtube.com/watch?v=7NWukZhsiBw&NR=1 is a little longer and shows that they do arrest him....how lame is that |
Quote:
I think he needed to be removed...but they used Exessive Force :2 cents: |
seems the president of the school seemed to thnk it was an open discussion
i imagine they willbe paying out..and looking for new security gaurds whoever thought at a university you would get tasered for asking the hard questions....unreal |
The guy got what he deserved. His questions were fine, but if he pushed his way in there with no security check on his person and he overstayed his welcome at the mic they have a right to ask him to leave. When he resisted the cops both on his feet and on teh ground they have to wrestle him, and yes even taser him if he doesn't comply.
|
Wow what the fuck is wrong with that guy?
|

I think the fact that they released him without charge speaks volumes. If he had "wounded" the officers, wouldn't he be charged with assaulting a police officer?
