You're selling a product that you've stated many times is dangerous to your customers due to patent violations or lawsuits from edgeprod? That's pretty horrible of you to do isn't it? You're just going to pass off the trouble to someone else?

Your missing the point, there is no patent, edge said there was one, even posted a fake pic saying he had one, said he sent out lawsuits to people when he didnt, he then went to cyberxxx and said shut your service down, work with us, and i wont sue your US based clients, cyberxxx really did what he thought was right for is US based clients. In reality edge scammed gfy, cyberxxx and clients of feedpushers by publicly coming online to destroy this guy with verbal abuse, bullshit lies, fake lawsuits and even as far as putting the guys job in jeopardy.

I dont care what anyone says at this point, I just got done buying every patent to everything and I got all short numbers from Juicy.

I'm not missing that point. I didn't buy into any of it. I thought it was a big con job if you read my previous posts. Cyberxxx believes this however, so why would he push that kind of trouble onto someone else? Did Edge say he could sell it and the buyer would be exempt from any trouble? Not that it matters anyway since it's all bullshit, but it's curious since Cyber believes it.

From what i understand that the people who did buy it would not be in any legal trouble, because Edge owned the patent, which he didnt, that he were to not sell any more copies of it, and he didnt, but this is something that cyberxxx has to clear up, my beef is that this guy publicly came on GFY slammed him for the things that edge really was doing, lieing, scamming and just straight bullshit that wasnt needed.

He mentioned he wasn't going to sell it just yesterday it seems. Now he's selling it again. I hadn't heard him say he's split with edgeprod yet, so was curious if there was more to the story now.

Seems you missed all the thread. Edgeprod stated he has a patent on the RSS morphing feeds, and said he will be using my US-based customers (the GFY search function works find as far as I know). Some of my clients were REALLY SCARED by that statement. Do you think I had to tell them "I don't care. Fuck off and go sue Edgeprod?" Is that your suggestion?

So I contacted Edgeprod and make some prior agreement. After that he stated her at GFY he won't start any legal actions against my clients. As the result of that agreement I haven't lost my project. I haven't closed it and I have protected my customer from any possible legal actions.

So what exactly is not clear to you above? Should I explain it better? Sorry for my bad English, BTW.

thats what i asked above, he needs to come out and say that either he is with them or has separated himself from them such as jace with the new light on such a project, there are somethings that still need cleared up and hope jace can do that

Just a small fix to me post above. "using my US-based customers" should be read as "suing my US-based customers". That was just a typo.

Wrong again. I stated I won't be PROMOTING it but I haven't said I stopped selling it. Please re-read that my post CAREFULLY to avoid such misunderstanding it future. As about the agreement, so everything is changing especially if both sides decided it's ok to change it. So I think it will be even promoting it as well. Is that an issue?

Listen, I don't care to read your posts CAREFULLY again. In my opinion you've changed your comments quite a bit from thread to thread. You're in business with edgeprod, and you're pretty flaky. I don't care what you sell or promote because I wouldn't do business with you at this point. You are wishy-washy.

You can sell it, but not promote it. You can promote it now maybe. Or not. Who knows. You're protecting your customers. Now you don't need to protect them because you're partnering with edge. I think anyone who buys your products will have to keep an eye on your stance from one day to the next and babysit you. They'll never know if you're going to pussy out again.

I apologize that was a mistake - he did not say that. I repeat he did not say that. I meant to say, would you trust a scammer - who is lying about having patents, threatening people's business with lies to have total access to your feeds? I'm not saying he would do something like that, but he could very easily change link codes for a short time without someone noticing.

In my post i posted that he may or may not please reread it, it wasnt like i was saying he would, just saying he has total access to the feeds, they are hosted by him, everything is done by him, i know i dont check every link on every blog on every feed, i think its best to wait or put the feeds on hold until the patent number is out, or the truth comes out, i dont want to see another person fucked over by edge until he says he has no patent and lied and scammed people or he does and im a asshole, and then i will bow out and say that it was my bad and just looking out for everyone.

Well in some regards yes but now that he knows patent is bogus, knows the truth, sees people like jace etc jump ship, kind of like this guy is a scammer, he still wishes to pursue a contract with him in regards to something we dont know. We might never know because neither jace or edge is in here speaking the truth yet, jace said last night he would bring new information and a sorry to me for going fucking crazy when in reality we were right.
