AWE ? anyone knows anything about?

We started promoting AWE webcams recently.
Now AWE site shows $500 + commission paid to our Epassport acc. on Aug. 25, while there is still NO money there.

AWE do not return emails, nor do they open tickets submitted to them.

Anyone knows anything of AWE people? How can they be contacted?

True, they responded last week, before the pay time?
It looks like AWE affiliate dept. is one person, and now when the guy known as Ben disappeared there is no one left there?

I promote AWE for almost 5 years and i never had any problems with them .
The affiliate dept. is fast and always there to help .
They paid me over 500K so far and they have never missed any payment.

awe is one of the oldest and largest most successfull webcam programs on the internet BAR NONE. They have many employees. dont get your panties in a bunch and start throwing around baseless assumptions, you only make yourself look uninformed..

they have been paying on time every time for years. I'm sure you will get your money just fine

I sure do pay attention to what people are telling me, thank you all for your response - it does sound encouraging, your optimism is appreciated.
I have no 500K experience with AWE ? I?ve done much better working my own sites though.
We are just starting with AWE, I have neither experience nor prejudice.

Not long ago I was asked by AWE to change payout method from wire to Epass, since AWE have problems wiring.

Next thing is that AWE admin end shows our first payment of $511 successfully paid to my Epass acc. on Aug 25, while the balance page at Epassporte still shows zero.

So far I have sent 3 emails requesting clarification to the only address available at AWE and left 2 tickets on the issue.

None has been answered so far.

This is all I am saying, I am happy to hear they paid 10 people who answered this string and do hope they will pay me eventually.

But I do believe I have all the legit rights to be concerned about my first payout.

Maybe you should just get an old-fashioned check sent to you. It might take a lot longer, but with all of the epass horror stories, it might be in your best interest. I, personally, wouldn't want a extra company handling my money, if there was really no need for them to do so.

I opted for a wire originally, Epass was suggested by AWE, I would probably accept a check if they suggested, I do not cause much trouble normally, just want my money, or, at least, a response from the people who keep it.

Regardless of whatever experience whoever have with AWE, I would say his concerns is rather legit. Problems with wires as first thing, then problems with epass as next thing, then no answer?
I know the AWE guys too and also met them a few years back at a show, no doubt they are stand up people and hard working, still this doesnt change the fact that his concerns should be addressed accordingly, he didnt come to the board screaming fraud / cheaters whatever like most others do in such cases.

I have been asking for help for three days now, must be clearly going something wrong since I am not getting any.

1. It is a new Epaasporte acc. set up by AWE
2. Yes, since Aug 25, the color of the box is green

3. I have a question now: WHAT IS EPASSPORTE ACCOUNT NAME?
IS it the User ID? I have the USER ID there.

By my knowledge : Go to account admin and scroll down
If they got you a epass and you have it as payout option, you will see the username they pay it too in your account admin.

Yes, I have a Epassport ID it begins with awe_ then come 5 digits.

But is the Epass ID in fact the Epassport acc. required?
Or is the Epass acc. required for payout something different?

chances are they akready sent you the money and its sitting in your epassporte account .. when awe sets you up with an epassporte , its epassporte who sends you the email not awe. have you gotten your opening message from epassporte yet ?

no .. not only do you get the $100 bonus but they also pay for the account fee i believe and for the card fee as well i think.. dont quote me on that though but for sure you get the $100 signup bonus

Yes I got the Epassporte acc. ok, I even got the physical card from them a couple weeks ago. Epassport support proved to be not so hopeless, they do not answer emails either, but at least they have a phone number.

My question is: am I right assuming that my Epassport ID needed to wire to Epassport is my User Id with Epassport - a code beginning with awe_ ?

Or is it supposed to be my Virtual card 16 digit number?

So far I got a response from motorcitykitty at AWE board, basically telling me that they noticed me. guess it is a good sign
