Do you have an epassporte account or is this a new account ?
When you say that payment was sent by awe are you sure the payment was sent and not ready to be sent ? is the color GREEN on the box in awe stats ?
Did you double check to make sure the epassporte account name is set correctly ( i.e. typo )
