Do you have an epassporte account or is this a new account ?

When you say that payment was sent by awe are you sure the payment was sent and not ready to be sent ? is the color GREEN on the box in awe stats ?

Did you double check to make sure the epassporte account name is set correctly ( i.e. typo )
Regardless of whatever experience whoever have with AWE, I would say his concerns is rather legit. Problems with wires as first thing, then problems with epass as next thing, then no answer?
I know the AWE guys too and also met them a few years back at a show, no doubt they are stand up people and hard working, still this doesnt change the fact that his concerns should be addressed accordingly, he didnt come to the board screaming fraud / cheaters whatever like most others do in such cases.
