I trusted Rory to follow his word just I have trusted you. In your case, there is little to no risk but in the case with Rory, the risk was there.

Rory outsmarted me...I have no problem admitting that. He planned to record everything, remained calm, and proceded to get me flustered. I am not stupid...I know how it looks but again, I know the complete truth. No worries on my end.

Even if it is how is that relevant? I do know that with Premier you always were 3 or 4 shoots pay-wise ahead (meaning we gave you money up front equal to 3 or 4 shoots then we payed you on a weekly or monthly basis , I forget if it was monthly or weekly). I dont however understand how this is relevant to a different company with different shoots. I mean I never remember paying you a deposit 1 month in advance on any Premier shoots (correct me if Iam wrong here aaron), so since there was apparently a 1 month previous to 1st shoot 40% deposit on this 100% upfront shoot , then wouldnt it seem to be different terms then the Premier deal? So tell me again how that is relevant to this shoot?

Come up with some better suspense questions than that aaron, please.

I could really care less about this whole thing but if Rory is threatening to sue, I think Aaron should look at his options. I don't know where you guys live but in many states it is a felony to record a telephone conversation without the other person's consent. Especially when that recording is now being used to damage the other person's reputation. Linda Tripp even got nailed on this one for taping Lewinsky.

Personally, I don't care who owes who what. But I think it is really fucked up that Rory recorded the conversations then used them to make Aaron look bad on the boards.
