well, I decided against that.... no point me adding more assholism to this...

I'm certainly not going to tell you how to run your biz Aaron, but I do think this whole thing

1: should have been quelched before it ever reached the board.

2: Could have been easily brought to a peaceful ending once it did reach the board.

I've tried as best I can to keep up with all of it, and I'm sure I missed big chunks of it, which is why I'm just gonna stay out of it. The last thing I'm gonna ever say on this thing is that you should know that this is making alot of people very uncomfortable.

I am perfectly content with my income as is. More is good but not needed to continue living the way I like. I have actually directed several clients to the board, who never read it, so that they could see it all go down. I have not had a single cancelled order since this broke loose. In fact I have gained inquiries from potential new clients.

A few people telling me that they had intended to spend "a lot of money" buying from until now is a bunch of shit. A bird in the hand is worth 2 in a bush. As far as I know, JFPDude is the only client that had mentioned doing some business and I can honestly say that I am sad that he has changed his mind.

The truth is that when the full details come out, I will not have to worry about who's side people will choose. Not that I really give a fuck about most of them anyhow.

Mine ended up being about $950 - not bad - as I was originally under the impression I was only going to get around $100 worth, but they gave us they amount of our score.

$950 for recognizing the flinstones, dion, and the national anthem isn't bad.

Their free email programs have been doing very well for me.

Their catalog has all sorts of cool stuff in it like submarines and underwater apartments.

Of course - I don't have enough points to get a sub, but I do have enough to get some nice stuff.

I have a place being built now that will be done by december hopefully - so I will probably cash my ce and ars points in then to get some cool stuff to put in it.

You return my deposit to me , we both go our own ways , and we can be done with this entire thing. I just need my deposit money (the $2000 or $1250 if you would like to supply me with dates/times for tax purposes) before the 13th since Iam leaving for Cali to shoot the content that was never produced. I think that is a reasonable time frame considering that would be approx. 1 month after the contract was terminated. You have my phone number if you would like to contact me in regards to payment. If however you are unwilling to return the deposit before the 13th of this month then I will be forced to pursue legal action (thats not a threat, Iam just telling you what my intentions are). This topic should stop here, no more name calling , no more accusations, court is adjourned. Lets take care of this as profesionally as possible from here on out. Simply return my deposit money by the 13th of sep. and this all goes away. Shit ask a friend to borrow it or something , I just really would rather not have to go to court over this.
