What I choose to spend deposit money on is none of your fucking business. As a client, once you release money to anybody they may spend it as they see fit. As long as the deal is done on the dates specified then all is well. Technically YOU owed me $3000 on the 15th of August. YOU did not pay me. Our deal was to be concluded on September 15th. You could not handle your end of that deal so I pulled the plug.

Hear is the NEW and improved deal.... I will take you up on your offer to cover the $750.00 and I will pay you the remaining $1250.00 on September 15th....You know...the original date the deal was to be done....

It is VERY ethical for a content provider to not shoot until the payment is made 100% up front. Shall I post a copy of the PIV contract where this same agreement was reached?

For those who do not know... PIV is Rory's old company. He is familiar with these terms, agreed to it in writing in the past, and been satisfied with the results. This is why he approached me to continue working with him once he was no longer with PIV.

I will do Sep10th $1250 in cash. I think that is more than fair .... I think that $750 is quite a fair amount for whatever troubles you are accusing me of causing. I do think that Sep 10th is a reasonable date considering that the money was in your account on 7/23/02.
