What happens if I take a picture of a nice girl having sex with her boyfriend on a public beach than post it in a news group and all over the picture sharing places, do I need 2257 info for that picture? Can I put that picture on my own paysite?

The original owner still owns the copyright on any images they produce - forever. There is no "public domain" - heres a quick lesson - I ran a site where I compiled a collection of transgendered girls, and categorized them by name, imagine my surprise when the actual t-girl IMed me and said - "what are you doing with my pictures?"
Needless to say I got schooled on public domain and copyright right quick. Just don't do it unless you created the content yourself, or have a license.
