true but alot of the times it isn't.. frankly i dont mind sites using cp terms as long as their site isnt based around cp or contains actual links to it.. once they do they have crossed a bridge.. using cp terms doesnt hurt anyone. profiting from the disemination of actual cp does

No, I do not operate any torrent sites. I do not defend unauthorized adult material appearing on them either.

What I am defending is an advertisers right to place ads on sites without being labeled responsible in some way for the content of the site. Obviously there are limits to this, but I believe torrent site advertisers can be within those limits.

There is no harm in advertising paid music services, porn, DVDs, programs etc... to pirates in an attempt to get them to buy something.
