well, that's very true, but what was the point of doing that to a strange girl on stage? If he had a brain he would have backed off as to not create problem in case she was very young. The point is that one is for a malicious reason, being the guy who grabs a girl on the street comparted to Akon doing it for a performance. He means no harm to anyone ... its just show. I agree, I know girls look older then they are now days, but tattoo, peircings, I wouldnt think for a second that she wasnt 18. And how she is dressed...
She could have NOT went up on stage, and should could have said stop at any time.
