She does NOT look 14, she looks 18 easy, she has percings and a tattoo. Both things where you need to be 18 to get done really. I dont know ANY tattoo place that would do a tattoo on anyone under 16. So if she is 16, then there is nothing to worry about as the age of concent it 16.

I agree, I know girls look older then they are now days, but tattoo, peircings, I wouldnt think for a second that she wasnt 18. And how she is dressed...
She could have NOT went up on stage, and should could have said stop at any time.
Not to mention a friend here was pulled up on stage and the bouncers asked her how old she was first. I wouldnt be surprised if she told them she was 18 just so she could go on stage.

If she said she is 18, then thats all thats needed, there was no nudity or sexual act, and there is no doubt that she concented to it.
I am in no way shape or form saying underage doesnt matter.
I am just saying in this case its hardly molesting, she is deffinatly not doing it against her will, and I have a VERY hard time believing she is 14. And I have no doubt she lied about her age to get on stage.
