This isn't "molestation", it isn't even gross negligence, it is neglient. There is almost no way for him to tell that this girl is 14 years old. Also, as someone else mentioned, his conduct isn't malicious; also, she most likely knew that this kind of thing happened and willingly went to the concert. That means that she consented to this by walking through the doors.
Legally, it would be ruled under "Horseplay" in the UK (prob similar in US/Spain or w/e) IMO:
