I don't see the girl fighting for her life, seems like she's enjoying the show.
If the girl was 20, nobody would have said a word.. I don't think the guy knew the girl was 14. I can't tell from the images what she looks like, might look 25 for all I know. Bad call, but hardly worth any 'molestation' shit..
