what heat do you cook fish at?
i got a nice pack of sole at the grocery store, then realized i don't particularly know how to cook sole. what temperature do i cook fish at? high or low?

Sole is one of those damn delicate things. One I typically wrap a stuffing up with.
I suggest broil and just a few min max each side, and watch for carry over cooking. Real concerned throw in a packet with some other stuff.
