Canceling members in Paycom??? WTF???

I am new to them, and confirmed this with them but can't believe this is the only way... so I'm asking here.

If a customer mails me and wants me to cancel his membership, because he can not figure it out for whatever reason, the only thing I can do is "delete" him. That is what they told me to do, but when I do he is locked out of the site at that moment.

With CCbill if you cancel them they remain a member for their 30 days. Is this not possible with Paycom or is something not in my admin? I asked them if this was the way, they said yes... and if it is, it sucks total ass.

You can cancel members for them in the Paycom admin at https://www.epochsystems.com/search/index.jsp. It will make their username active for what they paid for and then the username will be deleted once their membership is up. I hope that helps.

Yep - that's how we do it too. You don't need to delete them....
