Who here has lost over 30 lbs. in the last year and how?
I've lost 20 in the last 2 months. just eating chicken, fish, and veggies. also going to the gym 5 days a week. Got tired of just sitting at my computer eating burgers and Potbelly's subs.

I recently decided to cut out all sugary drink calories. So today I bought sugar free Red Bull, diet soda, and Crystal Light. Thats about 500 daily calories right there. Every time I try giving up soda all together it just doesn't work, haha.

atkins seems to be working for me so far. Ive stalled the last week but i started back to the gym. That should help me ramp it back up |

I lost 30 pounds by just eating apples and veggie soup, and this special kind of bread which is pretty much 95% fibre and tastes of card board but is strangely addictive. Not the healthiest diet in the world but lost me those 30 pounds in just a few weeks.
Then I just got too skinny, started feeling dizzy and also went from big C cup to A cup. Now I've gained roughly a third of it back and got proper boobs again I'm an on/off person, I just can't do anything in moderation. Either I eat like a pig or I eat practically nothing. Eventually I'm going to have to find this golden path between them

I lost 40lbs in six months by cutting out all soda, fast food, and not eatting too much shit. I've gained about 10lbs back now though but working on loosing another 40lbs.

At the begining of the year I was ~ 240 pounds and like 24% bodyfat.
Today I am ~ 200 pounds and around 12% bodyfat. I was as light as ~180 pounds or so, but I'm gaining weight from muscle mass faster than I'm losing fat now. It's really hard to go from about 14% bodyfat and down. I changed my diet to a low fat, calorie restricted diet eating about 2000 calories a day. My exercise routine is as follows: Cardio 1 hour a day 6 days a week. Weights originally 3 days a week, but now I go 4-5. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 2 hours, 5-6 times a week.
