At the begining of the year I was ~ 240 pounds and like 24% bodyfat.
Today I am ~ 200 pounds and around 12% bodyfat. I was as light as ~180 pounds or so, but I'm gaining weight from muscle mass faster than I'm losing fat now. It's really hard to go from about 14% bodyfat and down.
I changed my diet to a low fat, calorie restricted diet eating about 2000 calories a day.
My exercise routine is as follows:
Cardio 1 hour a day 6 days a week.
Weights originally 3 days a week, but now I go 4-5.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 2 hours, 5-6 times a week.
