I lost 30 pounds by just eating apples and veggie soup, and this special kind of bread which is pretty much 95% fibre and tastes of card board but is strangely addictive. Not the healthiest diet in the world but lost me those 30 pounds in just a few weeks.
Then I just got too skinny, started feeling dizzy and also went from big C cup to A cup. Now I've gained roughly a third of it back and got proper boobs again
I'm an on/off person, I just can't do anything in moderation. Either I eat like a pig or I eat practically nothing. Eventually I'm going to have to find this golden path between them
