How about all the corrupt and arogant politians and the incredible tax system they have implemented on everyone? The arogance of forcing our democratic values on other countries? The IRS? They answer to no one! The criminal justice system has been fucked for decades. Paroling killers, rapists and child molesters from prison? Placing convicted felons and misdemenors on probation, time after time after time!

This is my second post of this type of subject tonight and my blood pressure is rising. Sorry.

Leaders lead, leaders sometimes do not do what public opinions dictate and they loose their jobs because of it. The majority of the USA may have issue, they may also be glad to be out.

It has long gone past our problem, or at least one we can fix. It is a cival war, so let them figure the shit out.

Plus I think it would calm down some other saber rattlers around the world since our forces would not be "busy".

I just don't think we should cut and run from this situation we should stay the course it's the american way and I think the iraq people will be better off in the end.
All those people will have died for freedom. If we cut and run now how does that make the US look?

Guess maybe the media does influence you too much.
We also have not always played the "stay the course" thing now have we? Wasnt that long ago we had to pull out of another war.

I have zero issue with the troops in play now and to those that have fallen. I respect that they did the job called upon them to do. I also am concerned with the ones that are still alive. No matter the views on the reasoning of the war, nor does it matter now both American and Iraqi lives are being lost. We removed Saddam for better or worse. We set up a Government for better or worse. We have given the Iraqi's freedom if they want it, they just happen to also want a civil war. That is their own war and issue, it is not ours.

Not sure how it would make us look, only the future could say. I do however think that the longer we stay the more worldwide hate that grows towards us. That does not make me feel to safe.

Umm lets ignore most of what you said, it is just math, geography, and so forth. If others took the test more seriously and studied, umm wouldn't it of been smarter for us to have our students study as well? I mean we do like to compete and all, notice how we still go crazy with the Olympics.

Now if more kids in even piss poor countries can place Montana on a map correctly more often than kids in the US, that is a problem. Hell a huge chunk of adults also believe in angels, and doubt evolution.
