DUKE RAPE CASE. What's really fucked up?

I will not pretend to know what happened, but my experience as a college football player makes me wonder what realy happened.

Based on the "Hard" evidence the case against the players looks weak.
But one thing is sure...this chick must have been really pissed off to make this claim no matter what happened.

Think about it :

It's wild how somethings played out.

1. The chick gets a photo line up with 35 players on it; so that's a little unfair because anybody she picks out would have been at the party.
How can she make a mistake??

2. But still she picks 3 guys out of the 35 and it just so happens that these guys all claim to have left the party at about the time this happened.
That doesn't look good. if I commit a crime then I leave the sceen as soon as possible and try to leave a trail(like using an ATM) to show I was not there.

3. White guys in college leave a party before the beer runs out??????????????
I mean, the shit is hard to get isn't it. These guys are under the drinking age.
Could happend with rich kids with access to everthing under the sun but I can't bet money on it.

4. This bitch is at a party trying to look good to make money but she decides to go into the bathroom and remove 4 fingernails to "make herself look more sexy"?????? I'm slow to buy that...could be?


5. Ten mins after the chicks start dancing the one who filed the complaint is seen almost passed out on the floor in a photo.
Let's put that together....
Drunk stripper at a party with 30 guys and can't tell one from the next and most likely want remember shit in the morning and nobody tries to get some easy pussy??? Not buying it.

Conclusion: At the minimum some guys tried to take advantage because she was drunk and it pissed her off because at least one of them got abusive with language. And if it went no further than that, then the language was so fucked up that she wants revenge.

Bottom line: The players fucked up. And they fucked up big time when they have neighbors reporting they made racial slurs when the girls left.
In a way, for the players it doesn't even matter if a rape occured, they just fucked themselves up in the community by having such a sceen at their place.

Advise: If you hire a hooker that you don't like then just keep a low profile and move on to the next ho without a fucking sceen.

One of the accused already proved his innocence by showing that he was using an ATM, buying food and being driven around in a cab during the time frame the rape allegedly occured in. The police and the prosecution both refused to accept the evidence saying he could show it to the jury.

The photo array lineup was like this: Here are 35 students from the lacross team who were ALL at the party, tell us who the 3 students that raped you are.

You show the victim an array of 6 or more photos with the accused and 5 non-crime-related people of similar size, build, hair color, etc... Then the victim picks the 3 rapests out of the 35 photo arrays she views...

This means she can make a mistake and choose the wrong people (people who aren't on the team and weren't at the party). Instead she was put in a situation where she could not fail. Everyone she was shown was at the party. No way to pick someone who wasn't.

Impossible to even get near any truth of a case unless there is direct access to the evidence and statements - plus listening to all alleged perps and witnesses, preferably within 48 hours of the offense occurring.

Relying on media reports is pointless and in this case there are now contaminating "issues" which could have been introduced by any party with an agenda.

So much for the freedom of folks (counsel and the law) to make statements on pending cases - it never serves the justice system well. Silly TV programs under the guise of being "investigative" (Nancy Grace et al), are more a demonstration of voyeuristic appeal in the general public and also do little in assisting the justice system.

The DA was politically motivated. This case would've been dropped earlier for lack of evidence.(Not saying that nothing happened, but if it can't be proven) The arguement can be made that the race card is played too much(for example Chris Rocks mother just on TV saying she waited to long to be served at a "CrackaBarrell" restaurant. SO she's suing saying it was cause she's black) Hell bad service isn't limited to any race.

A history of accusing people of various crimes (including rape before) and then recanting the story is very suspicious...is it not? Add that with her changing her story NUMEROUS times. There is a big difference in being raped by 20 men as opposed to 3. The accuser says that she was beaten, kicked, vaginally raped, anally raped...etc. Guess what? She was checked out the very same night of the alleged rape at the hospital and didn't even have a bruise much less signs of rape.

Sorry, but the University is not a court of law. They had every right to suspend the players weather or not a rape occured.

You seem to overlook the fact that under aged drinking occurred and that a hooker/stripper was hired and witnesses claim the players shouted racial slurs and insults at two females. They violated school policy.

Analyse that for a second. A team that represents your school gets the spot light for doing illegal stuff and "picking" on females. As a university president, do you allow this negative attention to your school to go unchecked.

I don't know if the party house was actually on campus but I do know that alcohol is not allowed on Duke's campus at all.
