The DA was politically motivated. This case would've been dropped earlier for lack of evidence.(Not saying that nothing happened, but if it can't be proven) The arguement can be made that the race card is played too much(for example Chris Rocks mother just on TV saying she waited to long to be served at a "CrackaBarrell" restaurant. SO she's suing saying it was cause she's black) Hell bad service isn't limited to any race.
