sleeping=unconscious. i.e. lack of conscious awareness of ones surroundings.

i understand that. i am saying there is a difference in whether or not the girl was factually raped and whether or not the scene is staged. that they knew each other, it was consensual etc is just an assumption. but the sites by name, design and content suggest otherwise... i.e. "sleep assualt". as far as i know, its not legal to show any "depiction of rape" and that can only be judged solely by the content of the image and the context its shown in.
