there is no legal definition of "sleep fetish" so... sorry, you lose again. there are however clear definitions of rape and what constitutes rape. i seem to recall that content depicting rape is illegal.
you dont seem to know the law, so an appropriate answer might have been "gee, i'm canadian, i don't know and don't care".
