You know what I'm saying... I'm assuming both parties know each other well, their likes/dislikes and both share that fantasy. In that context its totally consensual even if one of them was sleeping and there is absolutely no "rape" involved.
Now in the case of sites picturing a girl portrayed as being drunk, then thats another story and its definately not how I picture this fantasy...
