The guy has a legit question on the legality of the sites. Instead of trying to stand up for a friend who may own the program, we should be discussing the legality of the sites in question.
I would like to see some sponsors who run these fantasy sites let the US webmasters know what their lawyers have said or what they have encountered in their building of these sites.
I'd much rather have a true answer based on what an attorney or law says than based on "so and so bought me a drink at <insert show name here> so it must be legal".
