My thoughts on Melissa/Brooke situation

2) trade traffic between yourselves
3) make more money
4) team up and sue the fuck out of that radio show

What exactly did Bubba need a liveshow for? Its RADIO! He is using you all for his own reasons (and his own ratings).

I love both girls, I'm not taking sides here. But if this involved one of my girls:

1) the whole day would have been planned ahead
2) the sharing of content would be agreed upon up front, or else Bubba would have seperate guests that day
3) the dildo would have been shoved up Bubba's ass

I think the situation got out of control, and Bubba is to blame for clearly pushing the girls beyond their level of comfort.

Personally, I think that the content should be shared since MM was not alone in the video. Brook and Kat were there so they have the right to use that video.. Unless Brooke and Kat had a signed agreement with MM that said they would be paid $xxxx and told that they could not use the video that would be different. Other than that all 3 girls should have the right to use that video. I mean why should only one girl profit from the video when she did not act alone?

I also agree 100%. Just watched the video, and "Bubba" is the only one acting in a despicable manner. That guy should get kicked in the fucking teeth. I also agree about the content sharing. All of the girls involved have their brands to uphold on the web, and there's no reason to fight over content that could (SHOULD) be used in a mutually beneficial manner.

BTW, does this Bubba guy have a website? What radio station(s) is he on? Never heard of him but what a jackass.

and he did nothing but encourage it to go on. just because Brooke knew the nature of the show doesn't mean she gives up all her rights and personal dignity.
if Brooke would go along with it Mayor should consider suing Bubba and Sirius - there'd be major national press coverage for both girls.

Melissa won't win much if anything if she goes ahead and sues Mayor.

wether they wanted other cameras in there or not if they didn't want Brooke and kat to be allowed to use the video which THEY were also in it should have been worked out in the begining. Its one thing to keep your model exclusive. Our top girls don't work for other photographers either. But for two (or three) solo models to pose together and share the content is good for everyone, more exposure = more money. Not to mention some HOT content for their sites.

Clearly, he's to blame. Countless times, you watch as Brooke says "No", and he either tells her to "Shut Up", or makes her move her hand (which is the only thing keeping the strap-on from sliding all the way in.)... and in some of the footage, it looks like he's pushing her in deeper, when she's trying to hold back because the pain is unbearable. But both Brooke & Melissa should have been smart enough to refuse to put up with his shit or simply walk away.

If the girls and their handlers focus on fighting each other, they're missing the biggest opportunity of their "15 minutes"... perhaps they should focus their hate towards Bubba/Sirius, who deserve it and concentrate on making up and cross-promoting each other.

Mayor is protecting his model. Not a bad thing to do, IMO.

Both sides here are good people. I wish they'd all step back for a while. I don't think Melissa could have stopped for the same reasons that Brooke agreed to take the dildo in the first place. I just finished watching the videos.

Bubba clearly was the instigator in much if not all of what happened. Sirius = deeper pockets if settled, potential for huge media exposure, plus a common enemy instead of infighting amongst what appears to be some really decent webmasters with good intent and some very misdirected anger.

That's his JOB... he's a shock jockey. And judging from the response here on GFY, a pretty good one. I give him props for shocking GFY, and stirring it up. That's what he gets paid to do, and clearly he does it successfully. Protecting (or managing) talent is neither his job or responsibility.

I think BOTH models seem pretty poorly managed, and this promotion is less than purely positive, for both, for many reasons. To name a couple: they're both poorly lit throughout, and reduced to their physical assets, only. Clearly top performers offer much more, and this strategy and persona-building is a management team's job. Without that, it's just a young woman's pretty body and that's all either of these two have going for them. The content is terrible. Aside from the drama quality, I can't see there being much interest... perhaps that's the reason for the drama.

I worked for a corporate talent buyer in New York and produced a lot of shows.. Etta James, Pointer Sisters, etc. etc. for large corporate events and each had what's known as a ryder to accompany any contract. This ryder would specify lighting requirements, appropriate conversation topics, seating arrangements, etc.. EVERYTHING so that the talent would only be viewed in the most positive light. Any experienced talent manager can tell you how important this is.. Especially in porn. Would have negated this scenario altogether. But IMHO this is not Bubba's fault.

I think these girls need more professional representation when doing live events.

There's no case here. She's an adult. She basically consented on camera. Unless you could prove she's mentally retarded (which is possible, she is content after all) there is no way to sue for this.

And in my opinion, that's what this should be...a learning experience. This was a cluster fuck from the word go, and I think everyone could have handled things differently. I don't see where there is a need to bring lawyers into it (against either program/owner/girl) and make this into something that it isn't. I agree with everything that Steve said about sharing content, trading links, and teaming up to leagally go after the main instigator...Bubba.

Now, with that being said...is that how I would handle it? Maybe, but probably not. My solution would consist of two webmasters/owners, two solo girls, two big black strap-ons...and another trip to Florida. See how Bubba likes getting fucked.

thanks baddog. im still in utter shock he posted what he did without even trying to figure out facts. this isnt so much about what went on as it is about mayor's actions. mayor seems to shift the focus away from his ridiculous behavior to the show as a means to justify his move.
