it would be a very interesting legal case to sue a shock jock and the company that employs him - he was in control and in charge of everything that went on in that studio - supposedly there is video of Brooke plaintively begging him 'no' -
and he did nothing but encourage it to go on. just because Brooke knew the nature of the show doesn't mean she gives up all her rights and personal dignity.
if Brooke would go along with it Mayor should consider suing Bubba and Sirius - there'd be major national press coverage for both girls.

Melissa won't win much if anything if she goes ahead and sues Mayor.
