I think if anyone should get chastised it's Bubba for having NO regard for Brooke's safety and Melissa's limits/wishes, egging them on like he owns them and not taking into consideration that Brook nor Melissa felt comfortable with this once the penetration started.

To blame Brooke is somewhat plausible. After all, when a girl has sex with a big cock with such a tight pussy it's going to hurt and she had the option of saying "no more" and meaning it.
To blame bubba is the most plausible take on this if anyone was to be blamed. After all he basically coerced Melissa into hurting Brooke for his own amusement. That's a very abusive and disturbing behavior right there.
With Brooke's reactions and comments, the fact that Bubba kept coercing and not giving a shit about her safety and lying about her not going to be hurt is just fucking abusive really. Had any of those guys in that studio had any shred of human decency, they would have stepped up or walked out after knocking that fuck in the mouth. Fucking animals really.
So Brooke and mayor have no reason to blame Melissa one bit. Melissa was coerced and even expressed genuine concern. She didn't even want to touch the plastic cock at the end of it in fear of being responsible for hurting Brooke.
I think Brooke seems like a nice girl but she's putting the blame on the wrong person and making a huge fuss about it. Girls get stretched, it happens, learn how to say "NO". Also shame on you mayor for putting shit into Brooke's head accusing Melissa of "manhandling" her in a sense. Aim your blame properly. yeah she prolly does feel raped but it's not by Melissa. It's by Bubba's coercing and abusive antics.
That radio show treated these girls like fucking pieces of meat or even like fucking engine parts in a redneck mechanic's shop (force it to fit and who gives a shit attitude) and had no consideration for their well-being nor their comfort level. This is an industry that pushes boundaries as it is but that does not mean that personal boundaries can be thrown out the window nor can these live human beings be used for Bubba and company's sheer enjoyment of a childish fantasies to stretch a girl.
The show was condescending towards the girls (literally made them look absolutely retarded and were quite insulting to the girls) and put them into a position that they didn't even have a chance to take control of and were really uncomfortable with. Shame on them. It was the radio show's responsibility to ensure these girls were comfortable and not hurt or abused. Except, Bubba and company abused them.
Luckily Melissa has thicker skin and most likely takes it with a grain of salt. Most likely she feels horrible about all this but place the blame where it's deserved.
Both girls are the victims of control issues by over controlling disrespectful and abusing individuals. Nobody was a victim of Melissa. Everyone in that room needs to take a lesson in fucking class. Yeah it's porn but these are real people and girls are not the object of seeing how much you can hurt them.
All in all. Both Melissa and Brooke could have stopped this, however a huge responsibility for this is placed on the show and management teams for not ensuring the girl's safety and comfort levels. You can't really expect to put two girls together, make one hurt the other and be able to sleep at night can you?
