if Brooke would go along with it Mayor should consider suing Bubba and Sirius - there'd be major national press coverage for both girls.

There's no case here. She's an adult. She basically consented on camera. Unless you could prove she's mentally retarded (which is possible, she is content after all) there is no way to sue for this.
But then again it would be great press if they did try to sue Bubba. You see how much we talked about it among ourselves, imagine if you got the public inviolved.
