So, whats the problem with TennisAce? Is it that he used other people to do his designs and claimed the work as his own? I thought that was pretty standard in the design arena. Oh well, i'll go read the older threads then go throw some stones in some glass houses around here.

I don't need your domain, and don't put the tour on your domain until afterwards.... I don't want a link to it, I want the zipped tour so I can put them all in a neat little row with anonymous numbers so the voting can be as fair as possible. The only potential problem I see with using the GFY poll system is I don't know how many different options it allows. So we may have to do it in groups, because there's ALOT of contenders now. Any questions?

a flash piece that builds as it loads (which should be as close as we get to the bad old days of flash intros) should detect when someone is coming back and skip straight to the finished version, therefore you never have to sit through it again. and the only reason you had to in the first place was to let it load.. people are used to the way html loads.. piece by piece.. so you have to load the flash in a similar way.. not keep it behind a loading graphic until it's finished.. or it's like having all your html in a table and having to load the contents of the table before it's displayed.
