Still, just this month, Wedelstadt came to Dallas and pleaded guilty to illegally transporting pornography and under-reporting his taxes. The plea deal capped a complex wiretap investigation of his Goalie Entertainment Company that began under the Clinton administration as a tax evasion case but more recently, under the Bush administration, morphed into an obscenity distribution case. Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 9.

again, this makes you look even more dumb, nobody has a problem with the tax evasion charges, but how the hell did they transform it into an obscenity case?

OH MY GOD, if you honestly believe that, than I feel sorry for you, how anyone can still be so naïve after 2005? Where were you during the whole 2257 mess last summer? They are not trying to stop CP, they are just after pornographers:

- they made it illegal for porn producers to ask for 2 forms of ID (which in a country where everyone seems to have a fake ID, is asking for trouble)

have you even read the laws these guys propose, they are not only applicable for American webmasters, no for everyone. They won't arrest you in a foreign country, but they reserver the right to arrest you when one visits the US.
