have you even read the laws these guys propose, they are not only applicable for American webmasters, no for everyone. They won't arrest you in a foreign country, but they reserver the right to arrest you when one visits the US. Germany also has laws for it's webmasters, but they only apply for German webmasters, they wouldn't dare to inforce rules for other countries, something this US administration has clearly no problem with

Why do you argue with him ... He is a kid, he saw his first tits a few weeks ago in Phoenix, he proudly displays his GOP member card ( paid by his dad ) , and makes pretends he is somebody ...
He is a nobody, he dissapears and nobody notices, just like TheKing .... He provides no services to this industry and brings no money to it ...
If I would click now on a " desactivate " or " suspend account " button in my interface, you would hear within minutes screams of pain and despair of some of my clients ...
