Just to chime in here...

They say they want to keep it out of the public eye. BUT tassy DID post on her LiveJournal page (Public last time I checked) that they did indeed break up. And when the shit hit GFY..she took it down.

So to answer your question. According to tASSy...yes they are broken up. Not that I give two shits but I did read her entry in the same way I browse myspace profiles when I'm bored.

The best to the two of them.

This business is tough. Any job that requires a lot of travel and time with others is a job that can wear on a couple. But you CAN get through tough times. I know you already know that.

You know what really works for Belinda and me? Of all things, it's ICQ. Yep, that sounds really fucking funny and a bit odd, but think about it: typing out your message makes it less likely that you'll say something you wish you could take back. It makes you think before you "speak". Sometimes we sit in the same room and chat about issues we need to address. Of course, we both type pretty fast, which helps. But for some reason we can really... COMMUNICATE this way. Try it if other forms of communication aren't being as effective as you'd like.

yano what's funny? we do the very same thing, though we usually use Y! messenger, hah! i'm a ridiculously fast typist, and i also find that i am much better at writing out my feelings/thoughts/etc. than i am verbalising them - *especially* were there any sort of vulnerable emotions involved.

in any case - i've already stated my official position, but i would like to say that the more and more this keeps coming up (i.e. the comment from chadglni) the more it touches a nerve for me. yes, it is hard having a relationship in the public eye. yes, it's hard when people are constantly trying to knock you down simply because you appear happy. yes, i am being honest. yes, this is real.

I like to express everything face to face personally... but most of the time, before adressing an important point, I'l just write a letter to the person (that she'll never get) adressing every point of everyting that annoys me right now, and I'l take the points related to the problem I wanna talk about and adress the problem.

That way I don't get stucked up into a lot of useless everyday life annoyances that just get in the way, but adress the real things with more sense then if I just let my feelings speak.
