There was a police officer in my home town whose name is Richard Little. Everyone called him Dick. As it turns out, he was very corrupted. He had bribed so many women into giving him oral sex instead of getting a ticket. I was in the same grade as his daughter and she suffered so much through the entire ordeal.

Didnt seem to mean anything to the yanks at the time but all us Brits used to piss ourselves when his name was mentioned. Turned out he shared an office with a guy called John Thomas.
