I suggest you change the title to "ghetto hometown whores" or something. Take it off the market until you get it changed. We are always diplomatic enough to give you a quick painless out. If you have a better suggestion then let's hear it. No matter what you can not go on using "Homegrown".

I will give you 24 hours to respond then you can expect to hear from our attorney. Ask around to realize how serious we are about our trademarks and copyrights. Then ask a lawyer what you can expect to pay defending it and what we will be entitled to when we prevail after he tells you what our chances of winning are.

Part of my reason for being so harsh is to let anyone reading this board know that we are intensely serious about this. We have been around a long time. In fact - Homegrown Video was the original company to distribute homemade porn back in 1982. Newsweek magazine said "Homegrown is the longest running series in the history of porn".

I don't want to get attorneys involved. I don't want either of us to have to spend cash resolving this. But do realize that I am not "crying" about jack. I am obligated to protect our trademarks and copyrights. I am not trying to create drama. I am trying to make it clear that we need to figure out a mutually agreable solution asap. Once again, no disrespect.
