Part of my reason for being so harsh is to let anyone reading this board know that we are intensely serious about this. We have been around a long time. In fact - Homegrown Video was the original company to distribute homemade porn back in 1982. Newsweek magazine said "Homegrown is the longest running series in the history of porn".

I don't want to get attorneys involved. I don't want either of us to have to spend cash resolving this. But do realize that I am not "crying" about jack. I am obligated to protect our trademarks and copyrights. I am not trying to create drama. I am trying to make it clear that we need to figure out a mutually agreable solution asap. Once again, no disrespect.
