Has no one explained to you that you can't use "homegrown" in connection with adult content or we will have a huge problem? I don't use icq. No disrespect. I have to aggressively protect our trademarks. I do have respect for what you are doing and like I said in my last post - my compliments and that is sincere.

Part of my reason for being so harsh is to let anyone reading this board know that we are intensely serious about this. We have been around a long time. In fact - Homegrown Video was the original company to distribute homemade porn back in 1982. Newsweek magazine said "Homegrown is the longest running series in the history of porn".

I don't want to get attorneys involved. I don't want either of us to have to spend cash resolving this. But do realize that I am not "crying" about jack. I am obligated to protect our trademarks and copyrights. I am not trying to create drama. I am trying to make it clear that we need to figure out a mutually agreable solution asap.
