They are showing up on and off throughout the day. Anyone know a working method to get rid of these? tried holding my breath, chugging a glass of water, etc.

Yah I read that somewhere too, but they do go away temporarily when nap or a couple times when i held my breath or drank lots of water, ill see if they are gone by tomorrow

Your diaphragm muscle jerks and you suck in air quickly, the air flows causes the flap to your windpipe to abruptly snap shut..this is what is going on inside your body when you hiccup.

Breath slowly and methodically or try holding your breath for as long as you can. It's hard for our brain to send the message to the diaphragm to quit this once it starts.

That method worked 5 hours ago but not anymore

my diapgragm went nuts as well yesterday morning and it sucks..

Put just a very small sip of water in a glass. Light a match. As soon as the match "flares" throw it in the water and drink. It has only failed me once. Old barroom trick. if you put to much water, it won't work.
