Instructions: I can't believe some of the things you people are suggesting! All you need to do is hold your breath for 30 seconds or more, then drink as much drink (anything will work) as possible. Upon swallowing, you should be cured. Rarely ever has this not worked for anyone. And if it doesn't, try it again. It DOES work!
