To iBill or not to iBill... That is the Question!

Right away you are going to think rep for iBill - Not the case, however I do have a connection with them. If everyone (this means you) did their due diligence and took a look at the situation, they would see that iBill could have declared bankruptcy. Instead, Interactive Brand Development Inc. (IBDI) bought iBill and took the blame, the shame, and the DEBT ($41,600,000.00). The new iBill is doing it's best to compensate people who had loses. And to a lot of you out there the taste in your mouth is far more than bitter. But you have to understand that in good faith, IBDI wanted to right iBill's wrongs, and reattain the clients who used to believe in their services. I know I'm going to get a lot of Fuck You's for this post, and that's fine. But everyone is given a fair share here, and even though this is my first post, I hope you will all respectfully read what I said and not become hostile. For the record, iBill has scheduled pay-outs for clients who are owed money. So for all you non-believers, keep not believing - but when your check comes your tune might change, and then everyone will see that iBill is back, and this time it is for real.
Please check out this article for more info on IBDI and iBill:

Any program that uses you will have a fight to get affiliates. Why bother as long as there are alternatives?

PS saying you are going to pay every 6 months or so, is not the same as actually sending the cash. Just a heads up.

Saying one thing and really being another?

Free Porn? Does it exist for real... In my mind there is no such thing. But have at it if you want. You have to understand, the only people who know where all that money went is the old owners. With the GKard, and the new lock box payment system, iBill never even sees your money. We get a check just like you do.

Ibill is a bad company that I would never do business with again. If they were honest from the start and didn't jerk people around things would be a little different. Anybody can understand problems but being lied to is the end of any relationship.

Who Lied?

iBill and IBDI hasn't lied. The old iBill might have, but that's not for me to say. And do you honestly think a company like IBDI would associate itself with something that would ruin their rep?

If you don't want people to make natural assumptions, then please refrain from inferring such with comments such as the one you made above. I'm not the only person who would assume such.

Does iBill owe you money?

If iBill owes you money, get it. If they don't, stop bitching. Would you have been happier with a bankruptcy, no glimmer of a chance of getting paid, and them just changing names and corporate sponsor?

You should allow people that have been stolen from and lied to the right to bitch. If Ibill is going to pay all the debts, then I think you have nothing to worry about. I predict a 95% reduction in bitching, when the debts have been paid.

Getting the money is the big question now isn't it.

Just a heads up but pointing out that iBill's new system does not allow them to steal the money is not that encouraging.

Again...what's the difference between bankruptcy and buy-out to a webmaster who's never been paid?

IBDI, whoever they're, did just that on the adult side, imho.

do you honestly think you(ibill) can attract new customers and get back old ones in the industry where "ibill" as a brand name has screwed up on so many levels without making it right first?

are you at least trying to get stolen money from "old owners"? heads up on this question would be nice.

wouldn't be logical to pay first whats owed then talk about biz?

I'm just an observer, but i'm sure people here would like to hear some constructive anwsers and see more threads like "ibill has payed me back in full", then you might be on to something positive.

There is no "new iBill", ownership remains the same. So the same people who owned iBill then, own it now. Stock moving back and forth doesn't change that. Bankruptcy was never an option, but not because iBill cared about the people they owed money to.

I balls died on September 2004 you will never convince enough people to sign up again so just shut the fuck up and pay out the monies owed. Oh and include the web 900 cash if you want to gain some brownie points .

Iball's has a 7 year history of lies deceit and mismanagement there is no reason why that will change. Get out of the business or Pay your debts now you have had 9 months!

These new names that post from time to time are obviously newbies at Iball's who have been fed the normal line of shit Iball's is famous for. They come on GFY all loud and defiant only to disappear into obscurity within a few days. Every time one of these Mickey Dee rejects posts it shoots another nail in Iball's coffin

Anyone still using Iball's needs to get out now, the writing is on the wall as it was in 2004, don't say you haven't been warned. Get out and cut your losses before you lose everything. These recent post defending Iball's are a cry of desperation!!!

Someone who purchases a business may take on its debts or not. If he does not, or does but fails to settle them promptly, he is taking advantage of the mess that the original owner created and doing so at the expense of the creditors. That ultimately those creditors may be paid in part or in full, when otherwise they might not have been, does not make the new owner smell any better. A business which acts unethically on day one is not a business that I want anything to do with.

This industry is riddled with unethical behavior. Each time we condone such behavior, we encourage it.

And the Saga Continues...

If your dog shits on the floor, do you forgive him? Do you ask him to pick it up? Would you pick it up if he does it again? People need to learn that things happen, some things can't be changed, others can be improved. If you are a narrow minded person that thinks everything around you doesn't evolve minute by minute, day by day, then you need to wake up. I will not defend iBill for what is done, I will say however if you don't look toward the future, espescially with the internet being a forward thinking entity, then you probably have no hope for your future. iBill at least can hold it's head up high knowing that the dog shit on the floor, and they cleaned it up, and are still dealing with the stain.

Which is exactly the reason so many people in this business get screwed again and again and again and then bitch about it on boards. Oh to be an anal lube manufacturer.

And 4themoney twat - it's a very, very bad bit of Ibill spam. Give it up already as even GFY people aren't dumb enough to believe your bullshit.

Humm we still have a bunch of rebills with ibill, we wont prime process with them, HOWEVER AGAIN in October they have MISSED theire payouts !!!

when calling they know they missed them and at first said they will pay them on the 1st, when I called today they said, sorry nope now we will pay them on the 15th again no one was available to really talk to just a prepared statenment read by the customer support dept.

no supervisor and certainly no payables people they were all "unabavailbale"

BTW the payouts I am talking about are the RESERVES that have been held back 6 months,

I would say that Ibill still seems to be in hot water and missing payments.

I will update this if I ever get a response

That statement is correct, however, it does not mean that iBill is under new ownership. Nor does it meant that iBill is no longer owned by the same decision makers who fucked everyone over in the past.

As for your dog shit analogy, it is a very poor one. The better way to put is, "Fuck me once it's your fault, fuck me twice it's my fault."

I am not offering opinions here. I am stating fact.

Shareholder?

If I was a shareholder, that would mean you should be asking me for money. No, I'm not going to go into detail my connection, that's irrelevant. But every battle has two sides, and I choose to side with your so called enemy. I'm informed of the facts, and maybe if you paid any attention to iBills letters and emails, you might be informed as well. Would you believe me if I told you they owed me money too. Everyone's got to have a little faith, and if nothing happens, ever... Then none of this blog will ever be remembered. When the rest of the people owed get paid, there will be a lot of foot in mouth insertion websites popping up all over the place, only the webmasters will be the models!

if you use them, you have only yourself to blame when you come back a few months later bitching that you didnt receive your checks. Read todays threads and do a search on IBill's history of payment then if you decide to use them - you were warned.

I deal with hundreds of webmasters daily, not one has anything positive to say about IBill and I warn and steer anyone away who is planning on using them.

but.. dont take anyone's word on here - walk into an open manhole with your head looking up into the sky's thinking IBill is perfect and can be trusted. Its a long way to the bottom.
