Anything that involves any kind of anaesthesia...is risky. A little bit of sagging, due to childbirth...is it worth the risks...that's the question I'd be asking....

it was about $7k here in Atlanta by the time you add everything up.

she had bad sides from the meds she was on, had to go to ER twice... so the recovery sucked

BUT... if you ask her now... she said she'd do it again

I think they're great and prefer them over real tits.

Boobs are like a mans penis.. if they are small it can sometimes create that mental note with yourself that you are not good enough.. If she feels that she can improve herself, and get rid of that mental thought then I say let her go for it..

Just make sure she does it thru the armpit or the belly button.. Nipple cutouts look unatractive and may make her thought on her breasts worse..
