i did absolutely nothing wrong in this situation.. she knew the breakdown of how things would work before i started shooting her... just because she has a change of heart i'm supposed to take a huge hit, and fuck over all my affiliates?

gloating about it for a reason... because my first solo girl that flaked, i didn't have enough content to update anymore... (julia is my second solo girl model)... but i learned my lesson..

and for the record, its ALL about the money with her..

I didn't take advantage of anyone, i broke it down for her before we did ANYTHING... i explained to her many many times that people she knew WOULD end up seeing it.

I had something like that happen. The girl was a total flake. I did two shoots with her and she was a major pain in the ass on the second one, so I never shot her again, even though she begged me to. So since I wouldn't shoot her anymore, she yells and threatens me if I didn't destroy the pics.

Now, keep in mind, (1) She signed a very detailed release for each shoot (2) I even video taped her signing it (3) I have 2 ids from her (4) I video taped the entire shoot to safeguard from inappropriate behavior claims (5) The second shoot was because of her request (6) she begged for a third shoot (7) I paid her well for each shoot and (8) I have a receipt from her for that payment. I mean, how much more covered can you be?

Even still, I told her if she's having second thoughts, then we could pretend the shoot never even happened if she'd refund the money (I probably wouldn't have even asked for the money if she wasn't being such a total bitch about it). She refused to refund anything, but still wanted the photos destroyed. I knew she had nothing on me, so I refused, and she gave up. But later on retrospect, I pulled them all for reasons I'm still not sure of. Heck, I doubt she even knows they were taken down. lol.

With any luck, you will learn as I did, to get better at selecting models as you gain experience. I rarely have any kind of problems with models anymore.

I abandoned a very profitable two year old site (which I still have tons of content for) due to a rather bad falling out with a model. I've never regreted that decision, although I wish the site were still up simply since it would help document the evolution of my online work, and like everything I do, it is as much a labor of love as it is about making money.

There are lots of ways to make money, both in and out of the adult biz. It's much nicer to operate a business in a manner where you can sleep good at night, rather than to have to live in fear.

Oh well, I guess you have thought everything through, just like Julia did when she signed on the dotted line.

Anyway, good luck with your future endeavors, hopefully the third time will be a charm for you.

There can be so many loop holes in the contract if not written properly / effectively especially for PORN .

Why would the model get the last laugh?

Nobody is forcing this girl to shoot. The shooting is done. End of story. Case closed. History cannot be erased, nor can this girls past of shooting dirty pictures. Pictures of her playing with her pussy are on thousands of computers around the world, and she said "ok, show me the money!"

So you're basically saying that a contract in this business is worthless.

I would love to hear from other people in this business who have shot a lot of girls. More specifically, any that have been taken to court over a disgruntled model. I'm sure that it's been done at one point or another and if a webmaster was to pull the plug on a site every time a model changes her mind, we would have little more than 1978 Hustler scans to sell to surfers.

It's not the same thing...I was talking about what might be the right thing to do, not legalities. Legalities rarely stop Hell's Angels from stomping somebody that they have it in for.

Perhaps I was wrong when I thought that SoS had Julia's best interests at heart.

It's not the same thing...I was talking about what might be the right thing to do, not legalities. Legalities rarely stop Hell's Angels from stomping somebody that they have it in for.

Perhaps I was wrong when I thought that SoS had Julia's best interests at heart.

I would love to see Julia post in here about this. Apparently she sas not posted on GFY often though... if ever (interesting similarities in SoS's and Julia's posting style).

Best interests or not, this is A BUSINESS. Sure, if they were in a relationship and he took pictures of her just for fun, and she wanted them back, then I can understand. But, that wasn't the case, they have a binding agreement and sonofsam has invested time and money into the site, not to mention the affiliates that have done the same.
