I am telling you the places are so much less around here! I just got back from Beverly Hills a couple weeks ago and let me tell you what a house like mine sells for almost 2 million and I built mine for way less then that and the inside is all custom done. The only thing is you have to be able to live in a smaller city with less to do. We are the state capital and there are only 250k people here and the largest city is Omaha and there are like 450k people there. I think in all we only have just over 1 million people in the whole state. That's smaller then some of the city's you live in. Melissa

I own all my domians, all my content and most of all my own company but I can't take all the credit I have one person I work with and that is Adam (Biggy). I have my own corporation called MelTech, INC. I did this after getting nailed last year on taxes so I hope this year is a lot better. I also pay by the quarter now so I don't get hit at the end. My tax guy said it's the way to go and he is a friend so I don't think he would steer me wrong. Melissa
